Hi, My name is Chris Evans.
I have a passion for all things of human movement and believe in challenging people to move their best, regardless of their circumstances.
My coaching approach is holistic and focusses on optimising movement, improving performance, reducing pain and preventing injury. I enjoy helping my clients learn and ultimately aim to foster self-confidence, consistency, and a feeling of self-empowerment within them.
I have been working in the health industry since 2013, first as a personal trainer and then as an Exercise Physiologist/Sport Scientist since graduating from QUT in 2017. Over that time, I have gained extensive experience helping people from all walks of life to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
Away from work, my main hobby is dance. I have been participating in Latin street partner dance since 2014 and have even spent a year teaching beginner dance classes (2018/2019). I have danced styles including Salsa, Bachata, Argentinian Tango, Samba, Kizomba and Forro. However, my two favourites styles are Brazilian Zouk and Hip Hop.
